Write up (Bookkeeping)
Many entities because of their size, time or limited resources, outsource this important accounting function. We can maintain your general ledger by posting your monthly transactions. All we need is your monthly bank statements and check register. Some businesses may require that we obtain more information but that is determined on a case by case basis.
This service will also allow us to prepare financial statements on an interim basis as well as payroll reports (monthly, quarterly and annually), sales and use tax reports and 1099’s.
This write up service helps ensure your company of accurate and timely reporting.

Depreciation/Amortization
Capitalize or Expense?
These are choices a business owner faces continually. After the decision is made on how to handle an item, accurate records must be kept. Book depreciation and tax depreciation are not always the same. We will calculate and track this information for you.
Need an amortization schedule for leased equipment or a loan schedule, we can calculate and track this for you as well. We analyze your specific situation and customize a solution specific to your needs.
Accounts Receivable
Do you need to outsource your accounts receivable control, someone to post your invoices, credit memos and payments? To reconcile your accounts receivable subsidiary ledgers with your control account? To age the accounts receivable and develop a collection policy? As an optional service, have someone follow up with collections. We can provide the service or assist you in setting up your own controls and system.
Accounts Payable
Do you need someone to handle your accounts payable processing? We can either prepare vendor checks from approved invoices or enter approved invoices into an accounts payable system that will provide reports on outstanding accounts payable by vendors, invoice dates, due dates and amounts. We can also provide reports to distribute the costs or expenses by general ledger account. From this system we can print vendor checks upon your approval.
Time and Billing
“Time is money.” Ben Franklin said it then and millions have boasted it since. Time is a precious commodity for a small to mid-sized business owner. Therefore, anyone who bills for their services and wants to turn more of their time into money need not look any further. We can help you simplify the entire billing process, streamline accounts receivable, facilitate expense reimbursement, harmonize job tracking and expedite the time entry process. We will analyze, install, set up, train and help maintain a system designed to suite your business needs.
Non Profit Organizations
Becoming a non-profit entity is NOT just a matter of proclaiming freedom from taxes. Obviously, there are “Red Tape” procedures and strict compliance protocols to adhere. With all the State and Federal requirements to satisfy, enjoying the benefits of a tax-exempt status can be a complex and convoluted venture.
We can help you organize, apply for and maintain your non-profit organization’s tax-exempt status by managing all the IRS reporting for you. This may include Form 990, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Activities, Individual Program Expense Statement, Revenue Support Schedule, and any other report deemed necessary to sustain compliance.
Most tax-exempt organizations are required to file an annual information return on Form 990. If that entity fails to file the required return, it is subject to a penalty of $20 a day for each day until the return is properly filed. This can become rather costly for an organization.
Each year, as the IRS expands its hunt for tax evaders and illegal tax shelters, it examines tax-exempt entities more comprehensively. Therefore, it is imperative that the organization build and maintain adequate policies and practices. We are here to assist and fulfill your needs.
