Processing
Your payroll is customized to fit your company needs. From manual check entry, to printing checks, to direct deposit, we will analyze, review and implement a payroll service designed to fit your needs and your budget.
We will input, calculate, and print a payroll register and accounting register each pay period. It is a quick and simple process:
- Provide W-4's and I-9's
- Maintain and report payroll hours and earnings each pay period and report them to us
- Notify us of any changes such as deductions, pay increases, or new hires. You may submit your payroll by telephone, fax, or email.
- Once submitted and processed, your checks and reports will be delivered by mail, sent by PDF in email for direct deposit, or waiting at the office to be picked up at your convenience.
Reporting
Our team of qualified professionals will ensure that all reporting requirements are maintained on time. We will customize and delegate the reporting responsibilities based on your needs, desires and pocket book.
We will prepare or provide the sufficient information and documents to ensure that all your tax payments are accurate and timely. We will also prepare your monthly, quarterly and annual payroll returns and reports as needed.
1099 Reporting: If you pay others who are required to receive 1099’s at year end and you are not sure of the requirements or you want to outsource that responsibility, we can handle that task for you. We can set up a system of reporting and provide the necessary 1099’s prior to the January 31 deadline.
Compliance
Laws regarding payroll can become very complicated because there are separate levels of compliance, Federal, State, and local. There are also many agencies to deal with like workers’ compensation insurance and unemployment insurance. There are pensions and benefit laws, overtime laws, medical leave laws, and garnishment standards.
We will provide guidance with Federal and State laws, reporting standards, and even help with workers compensation audits. Whatever compliance issue arises, we will be there to help.
