Jerry has over 37 years of professional experience and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jerry is also a PFS, Personal Financial Specialist, awarded through the AICPA. Additionally, he has received a Certificate of Educational Achievement from the AICPA for personal financial planning and business valuation.

Jerry gets over 80 hours a year continuing professional education in the areas of accounting, taxes, personal financial planning and business valuation. He is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri as a Certified Public Accountant, is licensed in life insurance, and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Ameritas Investment Corp*.

Jerry is dedicated to the community and has served with many organizations. He served as a member of the board, committee chairman, and chapter President with the Kansas Society of CPAs. He served on the Board and was Treasurer for both the Merriam & Mission Chamber of Commerce (now the Northeast Johnson County Chamber of Commerce). He has also been a board member and President of the Brookridge Golf and Country Club.
